When you voluntarily fill out our booking form or initiate communication, we collect the following personal data:

• Full Name: To address you personally and prepare consultation notes.
• WhatsApp / Phone Number: To coordinate your preferred time slot, verify transaction confirmations, and send your private Google Meet video link.
• Email Address (Optional): To deliver calendar invitations, receipts, and consultation summaries if provided.
• Technical & Pseudonymous Analytics: Referral metadata (UTM tags, ad click identifiers such as fbclid/gclid), device type, and session interactions gathered through standard operational tags.

2. Specified Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the following defined purposes:

• Scheduling, confirming, and conducting your private 1-on-1 consultation with Coach Razeeka.
• Communicating booking updates, rescheduling requests, and sending Google Meet video invites via WhatsApp or email.
• Answering customer service inquiries, addressing grievances, and processing legitimate refund requests.
• Optimizing website performance and evaluating advertising campaign effectiveness.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

To securely operate our web services and conduct consultations, we share necessary data with trusted service providers who adhere to strict data security standards:

• Supabase: Encrypted cloud database infrastructure used to store booking records securely with strict access controls.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.): Used for direct client communication, slot selection, and video call link delivery.
• Google LLC (Google Meet & Google Analytics 4): Google Meet facilitates private video sessions; Google Analytics provides aggregate site traffic measurements.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel & Conversions API): Used to measure advertising performance and optimize digital campaigns.
• Vercel Inc.: Cloud hosting and content delivery network (CDN) delivering fast, secure web access.

4. Zero Sale or Commercial Rental of Data

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information with data brokers, advertisers, or unaffiliated commercial entities. All information remains confidential within HER PRIME.

5. Data Retention & Storage Period

Consultation inquiries and lead submission data are retained for a maximum period of 90 days from the date of submission, after which inactive records are permanently deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required for legal or financial accounting compliance.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Request a summary of your personal data processed by us.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate details.
• Withdraw your consent and request complete deletion of your records.
