HER PRIME Health Centre provides 100% digital wellness coaching consultations. There are zero physical shipping costs or physical goods dispatched.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered on fitrazeeka.com by Coach Razeeka and HER PRIME Health Centre are digital wellness consultations, personalized lifestyle roadmaps, and educational coaching sessions. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship tangible physical goods.

2. Digital Delivery Mode

Consultations are conducted digitally via secure, private video conferencing using Google Meet. All preparation materials, calendar invites, and meeting links are delivered electronically via WhatsApp and/or email.

3. Delivery Timeline & Service SLA

Slot Coordination & Booking Confirmation: Within 2 hours of completing your ₹49 booking confirmation, our support team will reach out via WhatsApp with 2–3 convenient time slot options.
Video Meeting Link Delivery: Once your preferred date and time slot are confirmed, your private Google Meet link and calendar invitation are delivered immediately via WhatsApp and/or Email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation.
Consultation Delivery: Your 30 to 45-minute private consultation is conducted at the mutually agreed scheduled date and time.

4. Delivery Costs

Since all deliverables are digital and provided online, there are zero shipping, handling, or delivery charges associated with any booking on this platform.

5. Delays or Non-Receipt of Link

If you have not received your consultation slot options or Google Meet link within 2 hours of booking, please immediately reach out to our support team:
