Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Fee Nature

The ₹49 consultation fee charged for the 1-on-1 session with Coach Razeeka is a nominal commitment fee. This ensures dedicated attendance, filters automated or inactive signups, and allows Coach Razeeka to review your lifestyle background and prepare your personalized roadmap prior to the session. There are no hidden fees or automatic recurring charges.

2. Rescheduling Policy (Free)

We understand that unexpected schedule changes happen, especially for busy women and mothers. You may reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 4 hours before your confirmed call time.

• To reschedule, simply message us directly on WhatsApp with your name and preferred new time slots.
• Our team will respond promptly to adjust your calendar invite.

3. Coach Cancellation or Reschedule (100% Refund Guarantee)

If Coach Razeeka is unable to attend your scheduled session due to an emergency or unforeseen conflict and you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full 100% refund of ₹49 within 2-3 business days via your original UPI or payment method.

4. Client Cancellation & Refund Terms

• Cancellations made 4+ hours before the call: You may request a full refund or keep the credit active for a rescheduled slot at your convenience.
• Late Cancellations (less than 4 hours notice) or No-Shows: Because our coach reserves this private 30–45 minute window exclusively for you and begins preparatory case review in advance, late cancellations or missed calls without prior notice cannot be refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the terms above, please reach out via WhatsApp with:

• Your Full Name
• Your WhatsApp Phone Number
• Your UPI Transaction ID / Screenshot

All valid refund requests are processed within 2–3 business days directly back to your paying UPI ID.
